wtf(lip) is uv's finest?
Simply put:
UV'S finest is a one stop spot to find any (relevant/pertinent) info on what's going down in Happy Valley, as well as unbiased opinions about local restaurants, music, stores, etc. UV'S Finest will experience whatever it is (restaurant, etc.) and append a rating to it. If you have something that you want reviewed at UV'S Finest send an email to blake.uvsfinest@gmail.com.
UV'S Finest rating system:
The basic rating system will be a grade (A-F).
If the thing that is being reviewed is exceptional it will receive THE UV'S FINEST SEAL OF APPROVAL AND AWESOMENESS!!! Which looks like this:
